1. The deal Widget Bag grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Your designs are yours.

2. Your content Widget designs you create, photos you add and text you write remain your property. Sharing a design via a share code or link sends only that design's layout data — you choose when and with whom.

3. Third-party services Weather is provided by Apple WeatherKit and/or Open-Meteo; music integration by Apple Music and Spotify under their own terms. These services may be unavailable, rate-limited or changed by their providers; Widget Bag presents their data honestly but does not control it.

4. Acceptable use Don't use the app to violate law, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it outside the App Store's terms.

5. No warranty The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Widget values (weather, health, countdowns) are best-effort displays of data sources that can be delayed or wrong — verify anything important against an authoritative source.

6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

7. Termination These terms end when you delete the app. Sections 5–6 survive.
